Small Group Counseling

Starting in October, the school counselors will begin leading small groups on varying topics, for grades K through 5 to provide support to maximize student potential and academic achievement.  Administrators, teachers, and parents may refer students to participate in small groups. Small group topics include but are not limited to: anger management, friendship, grief, social skills, changing families, organization, anxiety, and deployment.

Parents/Guardians may complete an "Opt-Out" request form if they do not wish to have their student participate in small group counseling during the school year. If you choose not to opt out, you will receive communication if your child is chosen for a small group. The opt-out request form can be found under the "opt-out" tab.
